Welcome to Titch of Everything! By accessing or purchasing from our store (titchofeverything.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products We sell handmade goods and food/edible products (including freeze-dried treats). Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations in appearance are normal and expected — this is part of what makes them unique!

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Food Products — All Sales Final Due to the consumable nature of our food and edible products, all sales on these items are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on food items unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped (see our Refund Policy).

5. Shipping We ship within the US. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. For Iowa-specific products, shipping may be limited to Iowa only — this will be noted on the product listing.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, product descriptions, and branding — is owned by Titch of Everything. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Titch of Everything is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
